OUR DINING-ROOM
Mrs Cappellini Bordone, the daughter of a famous Ligurian chef, cooks excellent local dishes such as lasagnette al pesto with French beans and potatoes, tagliatelle with wild mushroom sauce, capelassi with walnut and ricotta cheese sauce, nettle taglierini with herbs, lamb in crosta with pistachios, stuffed farm-raised chicken, casserole of rabbit with olives and pine-nuts.
